A 3D Frame
The back panel of the frame is covered with handmade paper. The sides are painted with Plus Color craft paint. Small decorative items are hung onto a piece of string before fitting.

Remove the parts of the frame/box and cover the back panel with handmade paper using VTR adhesive.

Paint the two frame parts in different colours using Plus Color craft paint.

Cut out a felted jacket using the template.

Sew the jacket together using small stitches and sew on some buttons.

Assemble the frame parts and insert the glass. Hang the decorative items onto the pieces of string using clothes pegs. Put the back panel onto the frame.
