1

Pull a piece of carded wool from the ball of wool and felt it together on a needle felting foam pad using a felting needle. NB! The felting needle holder used consists of five needles which makes the process five times quicker.

2

NB! The five-in-on felting needles have a protective holder, which makes this tool easy to use for children.

3

Make an edge at the top and at the bottom of the waist band by folding the wool towards the middle and felting it in place.

4

Use very small wads of wool for the dots. Roll small wads of wool and lightly felt into a round shape. Then place them individually on the waist band and felt them onto the waist band.

Place the waist band around the glass in order to determine the circumference. Felt the waist band together; use a corner of the needle felting foam pad when felting the seam.
