Punched-Out Stars
The punched-out stars are assembled and stapled onto a piece of paper string with a stapler.

Assemble the card and vellum hearts in layers with 3D foam pads. Finish with a wooden button.

Make tassels and tie them onto a piece of string.

Glue the string with the tassels between the middle layers of the star. Thread on a bead at the end.
