Sew your own pot holders in a smart design. It is very easy - just look:
Choose the check pattern for the front and back of the pot holders, cut out with approx. 2cm seam allowance.
Place the wadding sheets double and cut out the wadding so that they fit the check pattern.
The fabric is placed with the right sides facing, make sure that check pattern is exactly opposite each other. Pin to make sure that the check pattern do not slide across each other.
Sew the pot holders together on 3 sides.
Turn and stuff the pot holder. Cut 2 pieces of fabric measuring 6 x 10cm. Fold them together so that the ends turn inwards. Sew along the folded side.
Sew on the strap with the tree ring along the edge of the pot holder. Stitch all the way around - also along the squares in the check pattern.
