You can felt directly on the nice woolen pencil case and in this way create your very own personal pencil case. Use your imagination and choose the colours you like best for your pencil case and wool. We will now show you the technique for felting directly on wool- it is very easy so everyone can participate.
Take the lining out of the pencil case and place it on a piece of foam rubber. Felt by sticking a needle down through and make the wanted patterns. When the motifs are beginning to take shape and are felted well on you separate the two sides and put the lining back inside the pencil case.
You can also felt separate figures onto the foam rubber and attach them onto the pencil case. In this way you can create a nice 3D effect. Place small wool wisps directly on the foam rubber and stick the needle down until it is felted together and has created the wanted figure. Sew or felt onto the pencil case.
