Cut the paper measuring 30cm x 28cm (the length is 30cm, the height is max. 28cm in relation to the height of the foot). Attach a paper lace border onto the longest side.

Sharpen the stick in both ends with a pencil sharpener and insert it into the stand.

Fold the paper into small pleats and tie it firmly to the stick at the top, forming a dress.

Punch out two flowers with a paper punch.

Cut approx. 3 x 20cm white paper yarn and plait the strings to make arms. Cut 8 x 8cm paper yarn for hair.

Glue the wings and arms onto the body. Push down the flower collar over the top of the stick and glue the head on top. Finally, glue on some hair, a flower hat and a crown on top of the head.
