My grandfather I did not know,
Off to war he had to go,
Its 90 years since the start of the battle,
His nerves I'm sure did not rattle,
For his return the family did wait,
To see him walk through the gate,
Alas this was not to be,
Killed In Action serving his country,
I've thought about you often and wish that we could share, the memories of you being there!

I don't have time for housework my crafting/cross stitch/knitting gets in the way.

I may not always be perfect, but I'm always me.

I never do things by halves. Mine's a pint.

I use to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure.

I'd rather be sorry for something I did, than for something I didn't do.

I'm going to have a nervous breakdown. I've worked for it. I've earned it. I'm going to have it. When I have the time that is.

I'm living in my own little world. But it's OK they know me here.

I'm not weird, I'm gifted.

I'm surrounded by angels, but I call them my best friends.

If a woman's work is never done, why bother starting.

If it wasn't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all.

If life were easy it would be very boring.

If you can keep your head while all around you are losing theirs, you are obviously not fully aware off the situation.

If you can't change the situation, change your attitude towards it.

If you didn't have the bad days, you wouldn't appreciate the good days.

If you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it will always be yours. If it doesn't come back, it was never yours to begin with. But, if it just sits in your living room, messes up your stuff, eats your food, uses your telephone, takes your money, and doesn't appear to realise that you had set it free ???. you either married it or gave birth to it.

If you're going to do something wrong, at least enjoy it.

It is never too late to be what you might have been.

It's better to lose a lover than to love a loser.

It's better to try and fail than not to try at all.

It's nice to be important but more important to be nice.

May friends walk in and out of your life, only true friends leave footprints in your hearts.

May the only time you are cross be when you are stitching.
