Pink Cupcake Wobble Card with Decoupage

This is such a fun and true quick card to make.

I have printed it on to thick card and then cut out all the pieces and decoupaged them up with 2mm foam pads and you could just leave it like that but I have gone a bit further just adding some glitter with diffrent coloured sakura stardust pens the the swils and the hearts.
