I printed this on photo quality card, decorated the little flowers on the fan blades with tiny flower gems and used some 'Stickles' glitter glue in the centre of others and stuck all the pieces on the card with foam pads for a 3D effect.
I finished off with the blank plaque and a peel off greeting.
