I printed the image sheet on to 260gsm A4 card stock for the main card, and another sheet on 160gsm paper to use as decoupage.
I cut out a second car from the paper, replacing the windscreen section with acetate (a little fiddly but glueing made easier with a quickie glue pen).
I added two die cut keys joined with a jump ring, and the sentiment tag from my own craft stock - attached with jump rings and a brad.
As the sentiment was quite heavy, I did level off the card bottom a little to stabilise it.
