Slightly fiddly decoupage in places, but made easier by the careful placement of background: you don't need to remove all the white in the corners of the crown, since it's on white anyway.

I rough-cut the main card, scored and folded, then cut out the semi-circle edges together.

I used felt tips to go round the edges of red and green parts.

Rec circle stuck directly to the main card, the decoupage assembled with foam pads.
