I'm always trying to find a way to give good value for money, so I had a little play around and came up with this 2 in 1 design.
You can make a wobble card, or a large topper to place on a card front, whichever you prefer ~ or both.

I cut out the different sections.I scored and folded the scalloped card base.I then added the cute topper with foam pads.I just added a sentiment at the front.
