This is a really pretty wobble card, with gorgeous Glory Roses. The card base has a lovely scallop edge, just score and fold along the line indicated, then build up your decoupage.
Would make a great card for Mothers Day, Mum's Birthday, and any other occasion you can think of.

I decoupaged the topper with 3d foam, and then assembled card as required and finished off with adding a sentiment. this makes a lovely easy card
