Cream Blue Rose Congratulations - Scallop Edge Wobble CardCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the card as instructed. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the topper to the base using thin foam tape. I attached the greeting using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to the rose to enhance the lovely design.
