Polar Bear and Friends Rocker CardCompleted by Patricia Platt

What a fun card to make, and one that who receives it will enjoy watching it rock. First I printed out onto glossy photo cardstock and cut out the pieces. I used 3d Foam pads to layer them together. Then decorated with some punched snowflakes with sparkler peeloff centres.

I added some glitter to the bear's and penguin's hat and some to the large penguin's scarf. I added one of the greetings to the top. A really quick cute card to make.
