i printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card cut to size, with DST.
I added centre circle design and added decoupage with foam pads.I finished with red stickles to holly berries and flower centres, and star dust stickles to fur on hat.
A beautiful design, I love it.
