I printed the sheet onto photopaper and cut out all the pieces. The base was folded in half where indicated, the image was layered using foam pads and then the topper was added to the card.

A nice easy little card to make.

It could also be used as a topper by not folding the base, adding the topper to the centre and adding it to a card blank.
