Nautical Wobble card just cut out fold the base in half and use sticky pads to adhere the image to the base then trim the edges of the waves in line with the base.
Print off twice to decoupage :)

I printed this fun design on to 200 gsm card.I cut scored and folded the base .I then mounted the sail boat with foam pads.I finished by adding card candi.
