To Rock or Not to Rock ~ FlutterbyCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet out twice so I could add extra decoupage. I cut the base out and mounted it onto card, then scored and folded in half. I mounted the base image onto card and then used mixed foam pads to add the decoupage.
