Print off design onto think card. Cut out design. Also cut out the flowers/butterflies. Fold the the top three pleats down the dividing lines of the umbrella to give it a bit more shape.

Decoupage flowers twice onto main flowers on fan. Add gem to centre. make greeting by using odd bits of cut-offs add greeting. Also I made a stand with the stand from Pink Fan and Gold stand sheet cup28016-99. displays the umbrella better.
