New Baby Girl Wobble CardCompleted by Suzanne Burrows

I printed the design on to card then made up the decoupage, added liquid pearls to the spots on the nappy and bow,added glossy accents to the head of the safty pin and the word "BABY", used glitter pen on the word "new" to finish i added a pink bow and a little yellow flower to the top of the card.
