With this design after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base in the center of a A5 cream card then added a silver lace effct border and corners all round the design base, i then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads to give the design some height, to finish i placed the happy birthday sentiment at the top, this design could be used for almost any occasion, its bright and colourful and is stunning when made up.
