Precious Child Window Card TopperCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I cut out the panes from the window and attached it over the base design using thin foam tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the centre of the flowers and around the greeting to enhance the lovely design.
