Printed on to paper then placed the topper on to a cream pearlescent card and edged with peel-offs. Cut out and folded the doors adding a red gem to each of the doorknobs. Stuck this to the topper with 3d foam.
Layered all elements, added the greeting and a heart gem to the teddy. Nice for anniversaries as well as Valentine's day.
