I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I cut out the panes of glass and the hearts and layered this onto the base image using thin foam tape.

I attached the design to the card using thin foam tape. I added a gold peel off greeting to complete the lovely design.
