Art Deco Window Card Kit 10Completed by Chell Sharpe

I printed 2 of the sheets out onto 220gsm good quality photo paper.

I matted the base image onto blue holo card, added a feather & used foam tape to mount it to the 8x8 base card i'd covered in a backing paper made from the card blank that came on the sheet.

I decoupaged the lady i cut from the second sheet with 3D glue gel & used Star Dust Stickles to add some shimmer.
