Sporting Teddies Birthday Waterfall Sheet

I printed the design onto card and cut it out and used a blue crystal 3-d liner on the swirls on each square to add texture.

I then assembled the "waterfall" and attached it to a cream textured card using silver brads.

I then attached the "Happy birthday" sentiment using 3-d foam squares.
