This is a gorgeous card! Not only is it suitable for a child but it would also bring a smile to someone going on a cruise.

I printed the design on matte photo paper, creased where marked and cut out the pieces.

I added the tugboats with double sided tape, used a circle punch for space for the pull tag and attached the completed waterfall to my base card using glitter brads.
