A topper for a small boy that is simple to make and amusing to all i have put some age tags in case you would like to use them

I printed the sheet on photo paper and cut out all the elements. The Happy Birthday sentiment was matted onto gold card and the waterfall made up. I matted some backing paper onto white pearl card, added the sentiment and embellished with card candy.
I then attached the waterfall with gold brads.
