I printed off the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I assembled the waterfall. I scored and folded a square card. I attached some background paper from my craft box to the card.
I then attached the design to the card with two brads from my craft box. I attached some ribbon from my craft box to the design to operate the waterfall mechanism. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
