I printed the background sheet onto matt photo paper, folded and scored black card stock and cut the background to fit I then rounded the edges, I then cut smaller pieces of both black card stock and fuchsia design and rounded the edges glued then down onto the background sheet.

Finally I added a peel off balloon and a Happy Birthday peel off.
