I printed the background stars or twinkles which is number cup284672_1056 on to glossy photo paper and the balloons also onto photo paper.

I used a dark shimmering card stock for the base. I cut a light turquoise piece and added that to the dark paper first.

After measuring and cutting I added the starry blue sky and then the hot air balloons which I really love seeing.
