I printed the design onto 160gsm paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an A5 card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape.

I layered one of the toppers from Two Sympathy Toppers, cUp 44708_66 onto silver mirror board and I attached it to the card using thin foam tape.
