Blue SwirlsCompleted by Katie Silver
I used this delicate paper to cover a 12.5cm.sq. card which I used as a base for an A5 version of cup306420_359 Blue Pansy for Mother.
I added white peel offs around the card and bendy gold ones around the scallops.
