Music Notes VellumCompleted by Dawn Jones

I used Paint shop Pro to use the musical note vellum, I chose a frame with an oval cut out from the programme, then placed the vellum into the oval and printed the whole card out.

I then placed one of my own decoupaged pictures inside the oval onto the vellum.
