I cut out a strip of the vellum and punched a decorative border.I then mounted this on to a tall DL card blanK.I punched two large scalloped circle shapes from the vellum and attached these with foam pads.I added gems and a peel off sentiment.I finished by threading a co-ordinating ribbon through the border and tying a bow.
