Print sheet on plain vellum, fold in half, layer with white paper (to show bubbles better)I used a sizzex die to cut two strips of 'weeds', one gold, one green.

Green fix to top of white paper, gold one to bottom of bubbles vellum.

Layer a fish picture on piece vellum, then gold and fixed to front of card. Use Crystal Effects letters stickers for 'GOLDFISH' + 5 clear (on gold mirri card) for other bubbles. Add gold cord/bow to finish.
