I PRINTED THIS BACKGROUND ON VELLUM. CUT IT TO FIT THE SIZE OF THE CARD. I CUT THE EAGLE OUT AND USED THIS AS THE BACKGROUND INSTEAD OF THE ORIGINAL ONE. I USED STICKY DOTS TO ADHERE THE VELLUM TO THE CARD STOCK BECAUSE GLUE CAN BE SEEN.
