Boats in the Harbour Vellum or InsertCompleted by Mandy Russell

* Print out onto good quality paper or vellum

* Trim as required

* Fix to card if using paper you can use a double sided tape or tape pen but if you are using vellum use a good quality vellum bond

To Continue the boat theme i have used a string/rope to tie round the card using a knot at the front of the card
