I used a green pearl card to make a DL blank with a shortfall. I covered the inside with the backing paper and edged with gold peeloff borders. I put a strip of the paper on the front, edging also with the border.

I made a simple matching topper, matted it onto a gold die cut and attached to my card with foam pads.

Then I added 2 gold corners.
