Vintage Floral VellumCompleted by Jane Wells

I printed this pretty background onto white card and layered 2 punched out circles using double sided tape. I took a ballerina image and a saying from my craft box and popped these on using 3d foam pads and matted the whole design onto a white deckle edge card.

I added a silver puffy heart and glitter. Gorgeous!
