I cut the image out and assembled with foam dots. I then coloured the happy birthday in with blue glitter glue. Next I took a square card and mounted some blue stripy paper onto it, I put a silver wavy peel off boarder around it.

I glued the decoupaged image into the center of the card. Next I cuts some wiggly shapes out of green card to make seaweed I stuck to either side of the image and then added some brown gems at the bottom for the rocks.
