Print and cut out images. Using a craft knife and mat, cut out the white spaces where in dicated. Ink edges with coordinating ink pad or marker for a finished look. Apply first image to card stock with runner adhesive.

Apply other image layers with foam tape cut into small pieces for 3D effect. Add sentiment in desired location. Add crystal gems or other embellishments for added drama.
