Diamond RosesCompleted by Gwyneth George
OccasionThe sheet was printed onto glossy white photo paper and the four layers cut out as indicated. I decided to build up the card using various shades and textures of green so I started by preparing an A5 card by folding an A4 card of linen textured and printed green card in half. I took a strip of around 1.35" wide of pearlescent green card and attached some one 1cm in from the left hand side. I matted the main, full, image onto a pice of light green card which was trimmed to leave a small border. This matted image was then stuck directly to the card. I then built up the other layers in order sticking each one in place with some 1mm deep, double sided, foam tape.
A lovely selection of roses put together in an unusual configuration that makes a very nice card.
