I covered card stock with some pale blue embossed backing paper. I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to the card and added the decoupage pieces.
I coloured a "Thank You" sticker with pink pen to match the card and stuck it on the bottom right corner.
I made tags from the other pieces.
