I printed the image onto good quality card and cut out. I built the frame layers using foam tape and fixed onto a pearlised sheet of backing card and in turn onto the card itself.
I then cut the two decoupage layers to be the same size and fixed onto the outer panels of the card.
To finish I added a ribbon trim and peel offs.
