I decoupaged the layers first and then stuck the finished image onto some pale blue and white patterned card. I then made a matching bow and stuck this down with tape on the back so it couldn't be seen.
I mounted the image onto the card and added 3 pale blue gems on the right hand top and left hand borders of the image.
