Printed on to matt photo paper. Added bacjground paper to card blank. Cut out topper using a craft knife. I only used the first to layers for this card.
I added clear acetate to the back of the second layer and stuck to first layer, building up with foam tape and adding beads inside to make a shaker card.
I finished off with peel offs, glitter and a bow.
