The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a red pearlesent card as my base. I mounted the base image onto a piece of blue text mirri card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.
I tied a burgundy organza ribbon towards the bottom and sprayed the card front with glitter spray to finish.
