Printed this sheet & 159662_131 onto lightweight card then cut out. Mounted base layer onto white card using DST then added middle layer using strong DST. Attached decoupage using 2mm foam pads then added top layer using strong DST. Finished with holographic peel off bells & stencilled greeting.
